We have got many reports about game crashes of the Bieberfelde - Next Generation modification. In order to solve the problem, we need further information about the crashes:
1) Create the dxdiag file
We need more information about your computer system. The informations can be provided with a dxdiag file.
1st step
Open the search function of your Wíndows installation (press the Windows button in the left lower corner of your screen or click into the searchbar in the task bar) and type 'dxdiag' (without quote signs) into it and press the enter button.
2nd step
Press "Save all" in the following window and choose the path where to save the DxDiag.txt file.
2) Save the EMERGENCY 5 crash report
When your game crashes there will be an additonal window. Click the Button "Save" to save the crash report. The zip-file should contain the following files:
Important: Please delete the emergency_5_settings.json file. This file isn't necessary for solving the problem and it could contain your WorldOfEmergency login data.
3) Create a support post
Please create a new support post with a short description of the problem and the two files. Please also describe your last gameplay steps before the crash. We need the following information:
- What happenend ingame when the game crashed? (Running incidents? Last used command? ...)
- Playtime when the crash occured.
We'll take a look at the crashes and try to fix the problems as soon as possible.
