You can't download modifications from the launcher. You'll have to download it from the WebDisk in the Forum / communication boards.

I have a pirated version of the game, but look, I watched a video about downloading this mod it came out about a year ago, and there was no launcher there the download starts but I left it overnight and the progress does not move you can give instructions on downloading the mod from the launcher
